You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We keep it simple, you pay the same price it costs us to ship your order. Our shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your package and the shipping class you select.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier. We offer First Class, Priority and Express Mail.
It is important to note that USPS Priority Mail 1-Day shipping is not guaranteed to arrive next day. If you need your order delivered by the next day guaranteed, please select Express Mail. However, selecting Priority Mail will speed up the delivery time compared to selecting First Class.
We ship within 24-72 hours following your purchase (Monday - Friday). Shipments within the Continental USA usually take 2-5 days for delivery.
We ship online orders out of our Des Moines location.
