Ok..big chamber..uses a lot of product..Works better when more product is used..eh..big rips though I guess. I did have to tilt to the sides as coils sit at an angle..so looks like a lot of wax still in there..but coils can't reach it. There is a stem to place concentrate on but as stated above leftover product abounds. 2 MAJOR DRAWBACKS...it's gets sooooo hot,, sooooo fast!
NEEDS CHARGED EVERYDAY. I smoke often but not enough for a brand new pen to have to be charged twice in 48 hrs. Thought about a return but I've used it and all. It is pretty and I will use it but will fall back on my old tried & true evolve plus
I didn't want to complain..but this is second time you sent me this review request..so here it is, my honest review.

Superior quality, amazing bargain

I’m using this coming off of a Grav dab straw. I love this dab straw, the tip is perfectly narrow and long, offers a very nice cloud from my concentrate. Excellent bargain and when I need another I’ll probably buy 2-3. Easily 1/3 of the price as any of my local headshots.

I am absolutely in love with mine. I got the grey and white {glow~in~the~dark} and I love it. I can’t think of anything else to say other than it’s perfect. You can even get reclaim easily, in fact I recommend it or cleaning it frequently..

Nice bong only cons are it’s a bit finicky on the water level but a new downstem would take that out.
